Please note that all pending withdrawals that were previously submitted as Coinbase have now been refunded back and any future withdrawals will be in the form of your CWallet Account ID (obtained here https://cwallet.com) or using a Litecoin wallet address.

We have experienced numerous issues with using Coinbase over the last several months as a payment gateway for withdrawals.  As a result, paid the platform developer to create 2 new custom withdrawal options to provide more flexibility for our users.

The first is your CWallet account id.  It is free to obtain from CWallet.com and is a 6 - 8 digit account number.

The second is an actual Litecoin wallet address.

Both options can be found in your account settings.  Simply update your settings with your id's and submit your withdrawal request.
